f(x)= 3p^3 - (3p-7)p^2 + 5p -3 = 9

        3p^3-3p^3+7p^2+5p-12=0

                              7p^2+5p -12=0    factorize

                          (7p+12)(p-1)=0

                          p= -12/7= -1 5/7    or p=1
