Z(0.35%)    = (0.35 -  μ) / σ                                                Z(0.45%)  = (0.45 - μ) / σ

                   = (0.35 - 0.25) / 0.05                                                        = (0.45 - 0.25) / 0.05

                   = 2                                                                                    =  4

∴ P(0.35%) = 0.97725                                                      ∴ P(0.45%) = 1.00

∴ P(Between 0.35% and 0.45%) = 1.00 - 0.97725

                                                    = 0.02275

= Approx. 2.3% chance of values between 0.35% and 0.45%
