Please help me simplify this exponential algebraic expression.

$$\frac{2^{x+1} \times 2^{x} \times 2^{-2}}{8^{x-1}}$$

(2^x+1 X 2^x X 2^-2)/2^3x-3

= 2^(x+1+x-2-(3x-3))

= 2^(2-x)

2^2x-1 ÷ 2^3x-3

=2^-x+2^2

=4/2^x
